The Mariners come into the challenge with a record of 7-15. Homer won 69-57 in their recent non-league challenge against Houston (Big Lake, AK)

Next up, the Kardinals confront the Seward Seahawks (Seward, AK) in a 3A Peninsula challenge, on Saturday, March 2. Kenai Central will attempt to improve on its 6-16 season record. The Seahawks come into the challenge with a 16-6 record after their 54-46 league loss to Grace Christian (Anchorage, AK).
