In Friday's non-league outing, the St. John's Cadets (Washington, DC) basketball squad nipped the host Jackson-Reed Tigers (Washington, DC), by a margin of 55-52.
The Cadets (25-7) will now prepare for their outing against Sidwell Friends (Washington, DC). The Quakers go into the non-league outing with a 26-4 record. In their last outing, Sidwell Friends got by Gonzaga (Washington, DC), 53-52, in a non-league outing.
