South Dakota High School Basketball - Pine Ridge overwhelms Mahpiya Luta

March 1, 2024: Pine Ridge, SD 57770

Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Pine Ridge Thorpes (Pine Ridge, SD) and the visiting Mahpiya Luta Crusaders (Pine Ridge, SD), saw Pine Ridge's basketball squad wallop Mahpiya Luta by a tally of 83-55.

With the victory, Pine Ridge improves its record to 20-1 on the campaign. The Thorpes travel to Cheyenne-Eagle Butte (Eagle Butte, SD) to confront the Braves in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 5. The Braves come into the challenge with a record of 15-7. Cheyenne-Eagle Butte won 55-46 in their recent non-league challenge against Stanley County (Fort Pierre, SD)
