Southeastern Prep Academy Falcons (Orlando, FL) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Mt. Zion Prep Academy Warriors (Lanham, MD), 61-51 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Southeastern Prep Academy upgrades its record to 17-10 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Central Pointe Christian Academy (Kissimmee, FL) to play the CPCA in a National Independent - South bout on Saturday, March 2. The CPCA come into the bout with a record of 15-0. Central Pointe Christian Academy won 69-44 in their recent non-league bout against Montverde Academy Regional (Montverde, FL)

Next up, the Warriors play the Quality Education Academy Fighting Pharaohs (Winston-Salem, NC) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, March 2. Mt. Zion Prep Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 20-15 season record. The Fighting Pharaohs come into the bout with a 14-11 record after their 71-55 league loss to NC GBB Academy National (Durham, NC).
