Spring Hill Panthers (Longview, TX) fans were pleased Friday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Carthage Bulldogs (Carthage, TX), 1-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Panthers confront the Tatum Eagles (Tatum, TX) in a 4A Region 2 District 15 challenge, on Tuesday, March 5. Spring Hill will attempt to better on its 9-6 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 6-13 record after their 7-0 league loss to Henderson (Henderson, TX).

The Bulldogs now have a 12-5 record. They take the field next when they host Tatum for a 4A Region 2 District 15 challenge on Friday, March 8.
