The Lions now sport a 4-13 record. They play next when they host Irvin for a 4A Region 1 District 1 test on Tuesday, March 5. Clint will meet a Rockets squad coming off a 7-0 league win over Fabens (Fabens, TX). The Rockets record now stands at 8-11.

With the loss, Austin drops to 11-11 on the season. The Panthers host San Elizario (San Elizario, TX) to meet the Eagles in a 4A Region 1 District 1 test on Tuesday, March 5. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 15-3. San Elizario won 2-0 in their recent league test against Riverside (El Paso, TX)
