The Spartans now sport a 12-2 record. They play next when they travel to Seguin for a 5A Region 1 District 8 test on Tuesday, March 5. Centennial will meet a Cougars squad coming off a 2-1 league loss to Burleson (Burleson, TX). The Cougars record now stands at 1-14.

With the loss, Mansfield Timberview falls to 3-14 on the campaign. The Wolves host Midlothian Heritage (Midlothian, TX) to play the Jaguars in a 5A Region 1 District 8 outing on Tuesday, March 5. The Jaguars go into the outing with a record of 9-8. Midlothian Heritage lost 2-1 in their recent league outing against Mansfield Summit (Arlington, TX)
