In Saturday's non-league game, the host Cleburne Yellowjackets baseball team scored a nice 20-0 victory over the Wyatt Chaparrals.
The Yellowjackets (8-2) will now prepare for their game against Polytechnic (Fort Worth, TX). The Parrots enter the non-league game with a 4-4 record. In their last game, Polytechnic was overwhelmed by Sunset (Dallas, TX), 5-4, in a non-league game.
Next, the Chaparrals face the South Oak Cliff Bears (Dallas, TX) in a non-league game, on Thursday, March 6. Wyatt will attempt to improve on its 2-4 season record. The Bears enter the game with a 6-0 record after their 19-1 non-league win over Carter (Dallas, TX).
