Venice Gondoliers (Los Angeles, CA) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Sylmar Spartans (Sylmar, CA), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Venice improves its record to 3-1 on the season. The Gondoliers travel to Wiseburn- Da Vinci (El Segundo, CA) to face the Wolves in a non-league test on Saturday, March 1. The Wolves go into the test with a record of 1-1. Wiseburn- Da Vinci won 2-1 in their recent non-league test against El Segundo (El Segundo, CA)

The Spartans now own a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Banning for a non-league contest on Saturday, March 1. Sylmar will battle a Pilots team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to California Academy of Math & Science (Carson, CA). The Pilots record now stands at 0-1.
