Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Venice Gondoliers (Los Angeles, CA) and the visiting Wiseburn- Da Vinci Wolves (El Segundo, CA), observed Venice's volleyball team top Wiseburn- Da Vinci by a count of 2-0.

The Gondoliers (3-1) will now prepare for their contest against Banning (Wilmington, CA). The Pilots enter the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Banning was knocked off by California Academy of Math & Science (Carson, CA), 2-0, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Wolves battle the Sylmar Spartans (Sylmar, CA) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, March 1. Wiseburn- Da Vinci will attempt to move on its 2-5 season record. The Spartans enter the contest with a 1-1 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Poly (Sun Valley, CA).
