The Yucaipa Thunderbirds edged the visiting Hemet Bulldogs volleyball squad by a final score of 1-0 in Saturday's non-league game.
Next up, the Thunderbirds face the Cajon Cowboys (San Bernardino, CA) in a non-league game, on Saturday, March 1. Yucaipa will attempt to advance on its 2-4 season record. The Cowboys go into the game with a 3-4 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Moreno Valley (Moreno Valley, CA).
The Bulldogs (3-8) will now prepare for their game against Rancho Verde (Moreno Valley, CA). The Mustangs go into the non-league game with a 7-7 record. In their last game, Rancho Verde was edged by Great Oak (Temecula, CA), 2-0, in a non-league game.
