Minnesota High School Basketball - West Central Area holds off Hancock

The West Central Area Knights basketball team scored 62 points and limited the visiting Hancock Owls to 57 in the Knights non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Knights now possess a 21-6 record. They play next when they travel to Breckenridge for a non-league game on Tuesday, March 4. West Central Area will confront a Cowboys team coming off a 66-49 non-league win over Wheaton/Herman-Norcross (Wheaton, MN). The Cowboys record now stands at 23-5.

With the loss, Hancock falls to 22-5 on the campaign.
