The crowd at Saturday's league bout between the Spanish Springs Cougars (Sparks, NV) and the visiting Galena Grizzlies (Reno, NV), observed Spanish Springs's softball team prevail over Galena by a tally of 19-0.

The Cougars (3-0) will now prepare for their bout against Reed (Sparks, NV). The Raiders go into the bout with a 2-2 record. In their last bout, Reed was routed by Douglas (Minden, NV), 15-4, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Grizzlies clash with the Bishop Manogue Miners (Reno, NV) in a non-league bout, on Monday, March 3. Galena will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record.
