The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Beauregard Hornets (Opelika, AL) and the visiting Glenwood Gators (Phenix City, AL), observed Beauregard's softball team get by Glenwood by a final score of 5-4.

The Hornets (11-2) will now prepare for their bout against Saint James (Montgomery, AL). The Trojans go into the non-league bout with a 8-0 record. In their last bout, Saint James tipped Eufaula (Eufaula, AL), 9-0, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Gators battle the Opelika Bulldogs (Opelika, AL) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, March 4. Glenwood will attempt to better on its 4-7 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 5-8 record after their 4-1 non-league win over Beulah (Valley, AL).
