The Grandview Zebras softball team scored 4 runs and held the visiting Centennial Spartans to 2 in the Zebras non-league win on Saturday.

The Zebras now possess a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Stephenville for a non-league battle on Friday, March 7.

With the loss, Centennial moves to 10-5 on the season. The Spartans travel to Mansfield Summit (Arlington, TX) to confront the Jaguars in a 5A Region I District 8 battle on Tuesday, March 4. The Jaguars come into the battle with a record of 4-3. Mansfield Summit won 17-4 in their recent non-league battle against Western Hills (Fort Worth, TX)
