The Cherokee Indians triumphed over the host Phil Campbell Bobcats softball squad by a count of 13-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Indians play the Colbert Heights Wildcats (Tuscumbia, AL) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, March 3. Cherokee will attempt to upgrade on its 7-6 season record. The Wildcats enter the challenge with a 4-0 record after their 12-1 non-league win over Phil Campbell (Phil Campbell, AL).
