Texas High School Softball - D'Hanis gets by Sabinal

In Saturday's non-league match, the host D'Hanis Cowboys softball team scored a tight 10-9 victory over the Sabinal Yellowjackets.

The Cowboys (2-3) will now prepare for their match against Brackett (Brackettville, TX). The Tigers go into the non-league match with a 0-4 record. In their last match, Brackett was nipped by Medina (Medina, TX), 13-5, in a non-league match.

In their next game, the Yellowjackets battle the Hondo Owls (Hondo, TX) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, March 4. Sabinal will attempt to better on its 2-3 season record. The Owls go into the match with a 5-7 record after their 17-2 non-league win over Junction (Junction, TX).
