In Thursday's non-league game, the visiting Hazel Green Trojans baseball team scored a tight 9-5 victory over the West Limestone Wildcats.
The Trojans (8-4) will now prepare for their game against Hoover (Hoover, AL). The Buccaneers go into the non-league game with a 10-3 record. In their last game, Hoover tipped Helena (Helena, AL), 6-3, in a non-league game.
The Wildcats (3-4) will now prepare for their game against Central (Florence, AL). The Wildcats go into the non-league game with a 5-2 record.
