California High School Softball - Ontario Christian holds off Linfield Christian

Spectators at Thursday's league match between the Ontario Christian Knights (Ontario, CA) and the host Linfield Christian Lions (Temecula, CA), witnessed Ontario Christian's softball squad tip Linfield Christian by a count of 6-4.

The Knights now sport a 4-6 record. They play next when they host Arrowhead Christian for a Ambassador match on Tuesday, March 15. Ontario Christian will face a Eagles squad coming off a 12-0 league loss to Western Christian (Upland, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 3-7.

With the loss, Linfield Christian moves to 2-2 on the season. The Lions travel to Notre Dame (Riverside, CA) to face the Titans in a non-league match on Monday, March 14. The Titans go into the match with a record of 2-3. Notre Dame lost 20-2 in their recent non-league match against Bloomington (Bloomington, CA)
