The Montgomery Aztecs softball team scored 14 runs and limited the host Madison Warhawks to 6 in the Aztecs non-league triumph on Thursday.
With the triumph, Montgomery moves its record to 5-3 on the year. The Aztecs travel to Monte Vista (Spring Valley, CA) to encounter the Monarchs in a non-league test on Monday, March 14. The Monarchs come into the test with a record of 5-4. Monte Vista won 30-5 in their recent non-league test against Hoover (San Diego, CA)
The Warhawks (0-3) will now prepare for their test against Liberty Charter (Lemon Grove, CA). The Lions come into the non-league test with a 1-2 record. In their last test, Liberty Charter overcame Ocean View Christian (San Diego, CA), 20-9, in a non-league test.
