The Lawrence County Red Devils softball team scored 15 runs and limited the visiting Hatton Hornets to 1 in the Red Devils non-league triumph on Friday.
With the triumph, Lawrence County moves its record to 3-0 on the year. The Red Devils travel to Brewer (Somerville, AL) to clash with the Patriots in a non-league game on Monday, March 13. The Patriots come into the game with a record of 2-4. Brewer lost 7-1 in their recent non-league game against Hatton (Town Creek, AL)
In their next game, the Hornets clash with the Muscle Shoals Trojans (Muscle Shoals, AL) in a non-league game, on Saturday, March 11. Hatton will attempt to move on its 8-11 season record.
