Spartanburg Vikings (Spartanburg, SC) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting Dorman Cavaliers (Roebuck, SC), 11-1 in a league test.
The Vikings now have a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they host J.L. Mann for a non-league contest on Tuesday, March 14. Spartanburg will confront a Patriots squad coming off a 15-2 league win over T.L. Hanna (Anderson, SC). The Patriots record now stands at 5-0.
The Cavaliers now own a 2-5 record. They take the field next when they host St. Joseph's Catholic for a non-league contest on Monday, March 13. Dorman will confront a Knights squad coming off a 14-13 non-league loss to Mauldin (Mauldin, SC). The Knights record now stands at 2-5.
