Heritage Huskies (Wake Forest, NC) boosters exited the stadium content Friday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting Wakefield Wolverines (Raleigh, NC), 17-8 in a league battle.
The Huskies now own a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Fike for a Northern Athletic battle on Tuesday, March 14. Heritage will clash with a Demons squad coming off a 8-1 non-league loss to D.H. Conley (Greenville, NC). The Demons record now stands at 0-2.
In their next game, the Wolverines clash with the Millbrook Wildcats (Raleigh, NC) in a Northern Athletic battle, on Tuesday, March 14. Wakefield will attempt to advance on its 1-3 season record. The Wildcats come into the battle with a 5-1 record after their 10-8 league win over Wake Forest (Wake Forest, NC).
