The Arlington Heights Yellowjackets routed the host Southwest Raiders softball squad by a count of 18-0 in Friday's league battle.
The Yellowjackets (4-5) will now prepare for their battle against Everman (Everman, TX). The Bulldogs go into the 5A Region I District 6 battle with a 1-7 record.
The Raiders now sport a 6-10 record. They play next when they travel to North Side for a 5A Region I District 6 battle on Monday, March 13. Southwest will meet a Steers squad coming off a 13-2 non-league loss to Coppell (Coppell, TX). The Steers record now stands at 0-4.
