The Devine Warhorses (Devine, TX) softball routed the visiting Carrizo Springs Wildcats (Carrizo Springs, TX), 13-3 in Friday's league bout.
The Warhorses (16-3) will now prepare for their bout against Pleasanton (Pleasanton, TX). The Eagles go into the 4A Region IV District 29 challenge with a 4-7 record.
With the loss, Carrizo Springs falls to 5-7 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Somerset (Somerset, TX) to battle the Bulldogs in a 4A Region IV District 29 challenge on Tuesday, March 14. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a record of 3-15. Somerset lost 13-4 in their recent league challenge against Uvalde (Uvalde, TX)
