Spectators at Friday's league match between the Clark Cougars (San Antonio, TX) and the host Churchill Chargers (San Antonio, TX), witnessed Clark's softball squad tip Churchill by a count of 3-2.

The Cougars now sport a 10-7 record. They play next when they host SA Roosevelt for a 6A Region IV District 28 match on Monday, March 13. Clark will face a Rough Riders squad coming off a 18-2 league loss to Brandeis (San Antonio, TX). The Rough Riders record now stands at 0-8.

With the loss, Churchill moves to 6-9 on the season. The Chargers travel to Reagan (San Antonio, TX) to face the Rattlers in a 6A Region IV District 28 match on Monday, March 13. The Rattlers go into the match with a record of 1-8. Reagan lost 12-1 in their recent league match against Johnson (San Antonio, TX)
