South San Antonio Bobcats (San Antonio, TX) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Southwest Legacy Titans (Von Ormy, TX), 22-6 in a league challenge.

The Bobcats now sport a 13-8 record. They take the field next when they host Winn for a 5A Region IV District 28 challenge on Tuesday, March 14. South San Antonio will face a Mavericks squad coming off a 12-6 league loss to Southside (San Antonio, TX). The Mavericks record now stands at 6-12.

With the loss, Southwest Legacy falls to 0-13 on the campaign. The Titans travel to Harlandale (San Antonio, TX) to face the Indians in a 5A Region IV District 28 challenge on Tuesday, March 14. The Indians enter the challenge with a record of 2-10. Harlandale lost 15-0 in their recent league challenge against Medina Valley (Castroville, TX)
