The crowd at Monday's non-league battle between the American Christian Academy Patriots (Tuscaloosa, AL) and the visiting Demopolis Tigers (Demopolis, AL), saw American Christian Academy's baseball team gain a win over Demopolis by a tally of 10-1.
The Patriots (14-5) will now prepare for their battle against Wenonah (Birmingham, AL). The Dragons enter the 5A Area 9 battle with a 3-7 record. In their last battle, Wenonah was overwhelmed by Parker (Birmingham, AL), 20-1, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Tigers face the Sweet Water Bulldogs (Sweet Water, AL) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, March 11. Demopolis will attempt to upgrade on its 4-5 season record. The Bulldogs enter the battle with a 6-7 record after their 8-6 non-league loss to Jackson (Jackson, AL).
