Florida High School Lacrosse - Oviedo overwhelms Winter Springs

In Monday's non-league challenge, the host Oviedo Lions lacrosse squad scored a good 14-6 triumph over the Winter Springs Bears.

The Lions (8-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Lake Howell (Winter Park, FL). The Silverhawks go into the 2A D6 challenge with a 7-2 record. In their last challenge, Lake Howell knocked off Ocoee (Ocoee, FL), 20-2, in a league challenge.

Next, the Bears clash with the Windermere Prep Lakers (Windermere, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, March 12. Winter Springs will attempt to better on its 7-4 season record. The Lakers go into the challenge with a 3-5 record after their 13-9 league loss to Trinity Prep (Winter Park, FL).
