In Monday's league match, the visiting Contreras Cobras softball team scored a nice 14-5 win over the Hollywood Sheiks.

The Cobras (2-3) will now prepare for their match against Lincoln (Los Angeles, CA). The Tigers come into the non-league match with a 2-2 record. In their last match, Lincoln was routed by Marquez (Huntington Park, CA), 10-0, in a non-league match.

In their next game, the Sheiks confront the Bernstein Dragons (Hollywood, CA) in a Central match, on Thursday, March 13. Hollywood will attempt to better on its 1-2 season record. The Dragons come into the match with a 0-2 record after their 31-21 league loss to Mendez (Los Angeles, CA).
