Alabama High School Softball - Monroe County gets by Escambia County

The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the Monroe County Tigers (Monroeville, AL) and the visiting Escambia County Blue Devils (Atmore, AL), observed Monroe County's softball team get by Escambia County by a final score of 24-23.
The Tigers (2-3) will now prepare for their bout against Excel (Excel, AL). The Panthers go into the 3A Area 3 bout with a 5-4 record.
In their next game, the Blue Devils battle the Hillcrest Jaguars (Evergreen, AL) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, March 18. Escambia County will attempt to better on its 0-3 season record.
