Alabama High School Softball - Excel bounces Sweet Water

The Excel Panthers (Excel, AL) softball routed the host Sweet Water Bulldogs (Sweet Water, AL), 8-0 in Monday's non-league outing.
The Panthers now own a 5-4 record. They play next when they host Washington County for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 11. Excel will play a Bulldogs squad coming off a 16-3 non-league loss to Thomasville (Thomasville, AL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-7.
The Bulldogs (6-5) will now prepare for their challenge against University Charter (Livingston, AL). The Trail Blazers enter the non-league challenge with a 4-5 record. In their last challenge, University Charter overcame Choctaw County (Butler, AL), 15-1, in a non-league challenge.
