The Forest Bulldogs overwhelmed the host Sicily Island Tigers softball squad by a count of 20-3 in Monday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Bulldogs meet the Rayville Hornets (Rayville, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, March 13. Forest will attempt to upgrade on its 4-6 season record. The Hornets go into the challenge with a 3-7 record after their 23-13 non-league win over Block (Jonesville, LA).
The Tigers (0-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Georgetown (Georgetown, LA). The Bulldogs go into the C District 2 challenge with a 6-5 record. In their last challenge, Georgetown was routed by Harrisonburg (Harrisonburg, LA), 12-11, in a league challenge.
