New Brockton Gamecocks (New Brockton, AL) backers left the game pleased Monday as they saw their softball squad thwart the visiting Geneva County Bulldogs (Hartford, AL), 15-7 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, New Brockton upgrades its record to 2-10 on the year. The Gamecocks travel to Goshen (Goshen, AL) to play the Eagles in a non-league game on Tuesday, March 11. The Eagles enter the game with a record of 1-6. Goshen lost 15-0 in their recent non-league game against Pike Liberal Arts (Troy, AL)

The Bulldogs now own a 3-5 record. They play next when they travel to Samson for a non-league game on Friday, March 14.
