The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the Pell City Panthers (Pell City, AL) and the visiting Sardis Lions (Boaz, AL), observed Pell City's softball team get by Sardis by a final score of 3-0.

The Panthers (12-5) will now prepare for their bout against Hewitt-Trussville (Trussville, AL). The Huskies go into the non-league bout with a 9-8 record. In their last bout, Hewitt-Trussville tipped Oak Mountain (Birmingham, AL), 8-2, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Lions battle the Fort Payne Wildcats (Fort Payne, AL) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, March 11. Sardis will attempt to better on its 5-3 season record. The Wildcats go into the bout with a 3-6 record after their 10-4 non-league win over Pisgah (Pisgah, AL).
