Texas High School Softball - Sam Houston succumbs to Arlington

In Tuesday's league test, the Arlington Colts (Arlington, TX) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Sam Houston Texans (Arlington, TX), by a tally of 13-1.

Next, the Colts clash with the Bowie Volunteers (Arlington, TX) in a 6A Region I District 8 test, on Friday, March 13. Arlington will attempt to advance on its 14-4 season record.

The Texans (1-7) will now prepare for their test against Lamar (Arlington, TX). The Vikings go into the 6A Region I District 8 contest with a 2-15 record. In their last contest, Lamar was routed by South Grand Prairie (Grand Prairie, TX), 15-0, in a league contest.
