Alabama High School Softball - Locust Fork bounces Pennington

The Locust Fork Hornets softball team scored 8 runs and held the host Pennington Tigers to 3 in the Hornets league win on Tuesday.

Next, the Hornets meet the Oneonta Redskins (Oneonta, AL) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, March 16. Locust Fork will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Redskins enter the challenge with a 7-5 record after their 3-2 league win over Etowah (Attalla, AL).

The Tigers (5-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Holly Pond (Holly Pond, AL). The Broncos enter the 3A Area 12 challenge with a 0-6 record.
