Texas High School Baseball - Wortham loses to Coolidge

The Coolidge Yellowjackets baseball team scored 18 runs and limited the host Wortham Bulldogs to 12 in the Yellowjackets league victory on Friday.
The Yellowjackets (1-0) will now prepare for their match against Hubbard (Hubbard, TX). The Jaguars go into the 1A Region II District 16 match with a 7-3 record.
The Bulldogs (1-5) will now prepare for their match against Chilton (Chilton, TX). The Pirates go into the match with a 0-4 record. In their last match, Chilton was overwhelmed by Hubbard (Hubbard, TX), 1-0, in a league match.
