The Kirk Academy Raiders baseball team scored 18 runs and limited the host Tunica Academy Blue Devils to 17 in the Raiders non-league victory on Friday.
The Raiders (7-4) will now prepare for their match against Hartfield Academy (Flowood, MS). The Hawks go into the non-league match with a 3-2 record. In their last match, Hartfield Academy edged Central Hinds Academy (Raymond, MS), 7-2, in a non-league match.
The Blue Devils (1-2) will now prepare for their match against North Delta (Batesville, MS). The Green Wave go into the non-league match with a 5-7 record. In their last match, North Delta was edged by Calhoun Academy (Calhoun City, MS), 12-5, in a non-league match.
