The Lauderdale County Tigers crushed the host Lexington Golden Bears baseball team by a tally of 6-0 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Tigers now hold a 5-1 record. They take the field next when they host Elkmont for a 3A Area 16 bout on Tuesday, March 15. Lauderdale County will face a Red Devils team coming off a 10-7 non-league loss to East Limestone (Athens, AL). The Red Devils record now stands at 2-5.
Next, the Golden Bears face the West Limestone Wildcats (Lester, AL) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, March 15. Lexington will attempt to advance on its 3-4 season record.
