In Friday's league battle, the host Grant Lancers volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Poly Parrots.
The Lancers (1-1) will now prepare for their battle against Arleta (Arleta, CA). The Mustangs come into the battle with a 0-1 record. In their last battle, Arleta lost by Poly (Sun Valley, CA), 2-0, in a league battle.
Next, the Parrots clash with the North Hollywood Huskies (North Hollywood, CA) in a battle, on Wednesday, March 16. Poly will attempt to advance on its 5-2 season record. The Huskies come into the battle with a 5-1 record after their 2-0 league win over Monroe (North Hills, CA).
