North Carolina High School Lacrosse - Grimsley drops to Northwest Guilford

Northwest Guilford Vikings (Greensboro, NC) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting Grimsley Whirlies (Greensboro, NC), 16-4 in a league battle.

The Vikings now have a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Page for a Metro battle on Tuesday, March 15. Northwest Guilford will clash with a Pirates squad coming off a 21-5 league win over Southwest Guilford (High Point, NC). The Pirates record now stands at 1-0.

In their next game, the Whirlies clash with the Ragsdale Tigers (Jamestown, NC) in a Metro battle, on Thursday, March 17. Grimsley will attempt to better on its 2-2 season record.
