The Hokes Bluff Eagles baseball team scored 8 runs and limited the visiting Glencoe Yellowjackets to 1 in the Eagles non-league victory on Friday.
The Eagles (4-1) will now prepare for their match against Geraldine (Geraldine, AL). The Bulldogs go into the non-league match with a 0-2 record. In their last match, Geraldine was overwhelmed by Westbrook Christian (Rainbow City, AL), 8-0, in a non-league match.
The Yellowjackets (1-4) will now prepare for their match against Ohatchee (Ohatchee, AL). The Indians come into the non-league test with a 1-2 record. In their last test, Ohatchee nipped Cherokee County (Centre, AL), 3-0, in a non-league test.
