Arizona High School Softball - Ironwood can't hold off Agua Fria

The Ironwood Eagles softball team (Glendale, AZ), was tipped 14-13 in Friday's non-league test with the host Agua Fria Owls (Avondale, AZ)

Coming up next, the Owls clash with the Verrado Vipers (Buckeye, AZ) in a 5A Desert West test, on Tuesday, March 15. Agua Fria will attempt to improve on its 3-6 season record. The Vipers come into the test with a 4-2 record after their 11-6 non-league loss to Sahuarita (Sahuarita, AZ).

The Eagles (2-4) will now prepare for their test against Kellis (Glendale, AZ). The Cougars come into the 5A Northwest test with a 1-7 record. In their last test, Kellis was tipped by Higley (Gilbert, AZ), 11-1, in a non-league test.
