North Carolina High School Softball - Asheboro felled by Eastern Randolph

The Asheboro Blue Comets softball team (Asheboro, NC), was routed 14-5 in Friday's non-league test with the visiting Eastern Randolph Wildcats (Ramseur, NC)

Coming up next, the Wildcats encounter the Wheatmore Warriors (Trinity, NC) in a Piedmont Athletic 1A/2A test, on Tuesday, March 15. Eastern Randolph will attempt to improve on its 4-1 season record. The Warriors enter the test with a 4-1 record after their 7-2 league loss to Randleman (Randleman, NC).

The Blue Comets (2-3) will now prepare for their test against Oak Grove (Winston-Salem, NC). The Grizzlies enter the Mid-Piedmont 3A test with a 2-2 record.
