The Vista Ridge Rangers the visiting Cedar Ridge Raiders softball squad by a final score of 6-2 in Friday's league battle.
The Rangers (11-3) will now prepare for their battle against Round Rock Westwood (Austin, TX). The Warriors go into the 6A Region IV District 25 battle with a 9-6 record. In their last battle, Round Rock Westwood nudged Stony Point (Round Rock, TX), 11-9, in a league battle.
The Raiders now possess a 6-3 record. They play next when they host Vandegrift for a 6A Region IV District 25 battle on Tuesday, March 15. Cedar Ridge will meet a Vipers squad coming off a 13-1 league win over Stony Point (Round Rock, TX). The Vipers record now stands at 2-5.
