Texas High School Softball - Lutheran South Academy gets by Second Baptist

The Lutheran South Academy Pioneers got by the host Second Baptist Eagles softball squad by a final score of 7-6 in Friday's league battle.

The Pioneers (14-1) will now prepare for their battle against Episcopal (Bellaire, TX). The Knights go into the non-league battle with a 5-3 record. In their last battle, Episcopal was edged by HCYA (Houston, TX), 7-1, in a non-league battle.

The Eagles now possess a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Fort Bend Christian Academy for a TAPPS Division II District 5 battle on Tuesday, March 29.
