The Orange Panthers softball team scored 12 runs and limited the host Northwood Chargers to 0 in the Panthers league triumph on Friday.

With the triumph, Orange moves its record to 3-1 on the year. The Panthers host Western Alamance (Elon, NC) to clash with the Warriors in a Central 3A game on Tuesday, March 15. The Warriors come into the game with a record of 1-1.

In their next game, the Chargers clash with the Williams Bulldogs (Burlington, NC) in a Central 3A game, on Tuesday, March 15. Northwood will attempt to move on its 1-3 season record. The Bulldogs come into the game with a 0-1 record after their 15-0 non-league loss to Morehead (Eden, NC).
