The Indians now sport a 9-6 record. They take the field next when they host Aubrey for a 4A Region II District 9 match on Monday, March 14. Sanger will face a Chaparrals squad coming off a 24-0 league win over Gainesville (Gainesville, TX). The Chaparrals record now stands at 12-3.

With the loss, Van Alstyne falls to 12-3 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Aubrey (Aubrey, TX) to face the Chaparrals in a 4A Region II District 9 match on Tuesday, March 15. The Chaparrals enter the match with a record of 13-3. Aubrey won 15-0 in their recent league match against Sanger (Sanger, TX)
