Texas High School Baseball - Morton Ranch loses to Brenham

The Brenham Cubs crushed the visiting Morton Ranch Mavericks baseball team by a tally of 8-1 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Cubs now hold a 13-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Magnolia for a 5A Region III District 21 bout on Tuesday, April 18.
Next, the Mavericks face the Katy Tigers (Katy, TX) in a 6A Region III District 19 bout, on Tuesday, March 14. Morton Ranch will attempt to advance on its 4-11 season record. The Tigers enter the bout with a 10-4 record after their 4-4 non-league Bridgeland (Cypress, TX).
